The successful applicant will be joining the brokerage at a key growth stage and be an integral member of the team as they increase the firm's global client base.


What you will be doing:


  • Developing, managing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy.
  • Manage the Brokerage digital strategy including the newly launched website and engaging social media strategy, ensuring content across all platforms is relevant and compelling to our key audiences.
  • Analyse competitors positioning strategy and initiate and coordinate the creation of all marketing assets such as offline, online and sponsorships.
  • Manage the agreed budget and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities.
  • Liaise closely with the wider team on the launch of new products and services including digital promotion and events.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Manage CRM, create automated procedures and optimised existing setup
  • Work with the Partnerships team with communications, ensuring partners and the brokerage maximise the benefits of our services.
  • Play an active role in the planning and delivery of the brokerage's strategic objectives and participate in events and activities.

Desirable experience/skills:


  • Experience running marketing campaigns for regulated financial products or services (experience in retail investment products preferred)
  • Excellent creative skills and experience in developing and running successful creative campaigns.
  • Selfstarter and critical thinker with an ability to prioritise, work under pressure and deliver against set targets to agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills operating at a mid/senior level.
  • Experienced in developing strong working relationships with design and media agencies.
