    As Principal Transport Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, development, and optimization of transportation systems and networks.

    You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to analyse data, assess transportation needs, and develop strategies to enhance transportation efficiency and sustainability.

    Develop and implement strategic transport plans that align with the company's objectives and client needs

    • Lead and manage complex transport engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of transport engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with transportation projects, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    A degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

    • Proficient in transport planning and modelling software, traffic engineering, and sustainable transportation practices.
    • Foster collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure holistic project success.
    • Take responsibility for project budgets, including financial planning, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
    • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future strategies for the transport engineering department
