Description

This is a busy role where you will take responsibility for the drivers, their welfare, build trusting relationships(including regular contact to help them do there day to day jobs but also help them if any problems occur) KPI reporting, excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers as well, investigations when needed, Continuous improvement of the department and so much more.

Early shift deals ion gett8ng everything out and the afternoon shift requires debriefs, and ensuring next day outputs.

The company are offering a very good salary, and it depends on experience.

A full driving license is required for this role.
