CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter/ Operator

  • Willenhall
As a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter/ Operator you will be experienced Heidenhain controls.

You will be required to engineer the product on the shop floor programming and setting the machine to meet customer requirements.

Experience in the automotive & aerospace industry is a must.


Responsibilities:


  • Work to build parts for manufacture.
  • Promote continuous improvement processes to maximise stock productivity and reduce waste.
  • Report malfunctions of machines with or without repair ability to supervisor.
  • Clean equipment and prepare it for inspection.
  • Read drawings and program/ set/ operate machines.
  • Communicate with other departments to maintain the supply of materials for machines.
Desirables

  • Highly skilled CNC Turner able to engineer on the shopfloor
  • Machine maintenance skills
  • Ability to read and understand drawings

Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour
