Description
Are you a Senior Administrator looking for temporary work that will see you into the New Year? Contract Scotland currently has a requirement for a Senior Administrator/Office Manager within the Lanarkshire area.
This is a temporary role with an immediate start, 8 weeks worth of work although, there is a chance this may be extended.
Duties include:
- Updating reports
- Helping with monthend statements
- Preparing payroll
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Diary Management
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton,
South Lanarkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
