    Job Title: Business Submission Team Leader

    Location: Holborn

    Salary: £30k - £35k per annum DOE

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    An exciting opportunity is available to join a successful Senior Partner Practice of St. James's Place in our Holborn offices, located next to Covent Garden, London.

    We are in search of a skilled business submission administrator with previous experience at St. James's Place, who is now ready to take on a leadership role within our business processing team.

    You should be highly organized, possess the technical expertise to manage and assign tasks to the team, and proficiently handle business processing responsibilities. This position offers excellent prospects for career advancement within a supportive team environment and a positive work culture.

    Key Duties:

    • Delegate tasks to the business processing team and set up workflows on Salesforce for task allocation
    • Coordinate with third-party contractors like Virtual Support to ensure efficient standards are maintained
    • Support case tracking for timely and accurate updates on all ongoing work by the Practice
    • Manage advisor expectations and serve as a communication channel for the administration team
    • Offer high-level technical and administrative assistance to the Practice
    • Prepare for and follow up on meetings, including updating client records on Salesforce CRM
    • Assist in training less experienced team members
    • Accurately process applications and maintain necessary management information records
    • Facilitate the progress of applications with various parties to ensure timely completion
    • Handle incoming calls, maintaining professional communication with clients and third parties
    • Coordinate extensively with SJP Admin Centres to provide necessary information within set timelines
    • Prepare review and suitability letters, taking responsibility for client files and IT records
    • Assist in the back-end business processing of cases efficiently

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Prior experience at St. James's Place is a prerequisite
    • Demonstrates current knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
    • Familiarity with client management systems like Salesforce
    • Experience in leading a team and managing workloads
