- Extensive knowledge of child development, brain development and the needs of infants, children, young people, and families, with demonstrable evidence of specialist practice in these areas.
- Experience of delivering evidence based interventions with vulnerable infants and children, young people and adults, from a variety of backgrounds, in an outcome focused way.
- Experience in, and evidence of, applying attachment theory to Parent / Infant relationships and baby mental health.
- Exemplary safeguarding and risk management skills.
- Skilled in partnership working, collaboration and co-production with families and key stakeholders

About the Role
The Healthy Little Minds team work with infants and parents/caregivers to promote infant mental health, by sensitively supporting attachment and fostering resilience, through relationship based interventions, consultation and training.
The Specialist Practitioner will support parent/infant relationships through assessment, risk management, formulation, individual interventions, group interventions and professional consultation.
The post holder will also use their specialist knowledge to develop understanding and early identification of attachment concerns across the wider partnership.
