About the positionCollinson Grant provides advice to clients on which candidates to recruit and promote. Our solutions range from one-to-one assessments of potential directors to group assessment and development centres for graduates. The feedback offered to clients is both verbal and written, but always thorough, direct and pragmatic.The position involves implementing established assessment processes, building relationships with senior managers, and acting in the best interests of clients and the firm.
Occasionally there will be coaching and broader consulting assignments. Most work is conducted at our Manchester office with occasional days in London or elsewhere.We have a small team of psychologists and owing to predicted expansion we are searching for another full-time employee.
About youYou will need to be an independent Chartered Organisational/Occupational Psychologist with substantial experience of assessment and development of managers and directors.
It is vital that your approach is professional, practical and that it has been honed across numerous industrial sectors.You will be based at our Manchester office and should ideally live within a commutable distance of Manchester.
