Description

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Transitions Team to work full time based in Surrey, Redhill.

The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £47,681 per annum.

To assess, and/or co-ordinate the assessments of the strengths and needs of users and their primary carers using the established assessment format, together with the department's criteria for service provision within the legislative and regulatory framework.

Develop and cost packages of care which are flexible, cost effective and responsive to the changing needs of the individual.

To undertake specialist social work care planning including the provision of direct specialist social work interventions.

To contribute to the management of the adult care budget and the maintenance of expenditure within set budget limits.

To review and/or co-ordinate the review of care packages on a regular basis and facilitate changes as necessary.
To participate in all training opportunities as deemed appropriate.

When two years post qualified, undertake to quality and take on the role of practice assessor and/or practice facilitator for social work students on placement.

A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
Continual professional development.
Social Work England registered.
