    The Role: Commercial Manager
    Location: Glasgow
    Operation Serviced Office Provider
    Package: Up to £45K - DAY TIME HOURS

    Commercial Manager Role/Responsibilities:
    • Revenue Strategy – deliver the business sales strategy / revenue targets alongside the BDM and the Ops team.
    • Oversee the departmental communication to ensure all Function, Event and client programming is clear and concise.
    • Business Development through marketing, service and offer development and delivery.
    • Full compliance for all reconciliation and administration in relation to the delivery of the Sales Strategy, reporting and setting of business objectives.
    • HR responsibilities including recruitment, development of staff, training and disciplinary procedures, performance reviews
    • Deliver the revenue management meet
    Commercial Manager Skills/Experience:
    • Be an existing Revenue Manager or Sales Manager with a track record in delivery of successful Sales strategy.
    • Be an organised and structured individual with excellent planning skills
    • Insist on first class standards across every aspect of the operation both front and back of house.
    • Be Commercially focussed and target driven, an ambitious character always aiming to achieve success.
    • Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
    • A clear and concise communicator whose decisions carry credibility and who engages in positively influencing the team.
