About The Role:

Quality Assurance is an essential team in ensuring these high standards are consistently delivered.

You'll lead the team to deliver fair and timely quality assessments, providing insights and root causes to deliver quality, customer-centric outcomes.

In its transformation from a health plan provider to healthcare solutions provider, Simplyhealth is working through changes.

You'll represent QA as part of this transformation, contributing to these exciting change projects, working closely with leaders within Service and Compliance.


As an seasoned team leader, you'll support your team through change; and take responsibility for their ongoing development, coaching and achievement.

About You:

***- We'd love to hear from you if you're:
  • A team leader with experience of coaching, motivating and
    driving team performance:
  • Customer-driven and understand how Quality Assurance drives
    customer excellence:
  • Someone with experience
    managing change supporting with the project lifecycle and/or supporting people through changes
  • Someone who confidently
    builds relationships with many stakeholders including Senior Leadership

You hold your own:
you're
resilient, courageous, able to communicate effectively and present your findings even when challenging.

  • You're
    digitally competent, able to interpret data and create datasets. You'll have frontend experience using a CRM (Salesforce ideal)
  • Experience within Quality Assurance and/or in a highly regulated environment would be beneficial
