The world's largest private healthcare group, which has over 800,000 patient interactions every year seek a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager role is a field-based sales position, accountable for delivering targeted patient referrals from GPs.

The role will entail meeting and greeting GP Partners and Practice managers, generating interest from their private patients to ensure any patient ongoing diagnostics, investigations, treatments, or surgeries are followed through to the UK services business.


  • Within a defined territory, build strong, multilevel relationships with prospective and existing clients which represent the company's products and services.
  • Achieve sales target KPI's by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Keep abreast of service line developments across the business and utilise marketing channels to drive awareness of these strategic imperatives.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using data analytics and market insight gained whilst on the field.
  • Use data and analytics to identify prospects and foster a relationship which ensures that the company's clinical capabilities are well understood and utilised. Address any shortfalls and opportunities for growth and improvements
  • Constructively consolidate market feedback via the Line Manager and Business Development team and assist, as required, to inform the business improvement plan.
  • Develop and host your own events calendar which engage with Primary Care and AHP's. Support the global events calendar as required some events are held in the evening and on a Saturday morning. Ensure events meet the needs of your territory and referrerbase.
  • Work closely with Consultants in the Physician's Services Group to increase patient referrals. Contribute to Monthly Operational Review meetings with PSG and the Senior Management Teams.
  • Review referral activity and trends to inform conversations with practices and key stake holders in order to address any shortfalls and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the market in the territory, understand day to day pain points experienced by referrers and the opportunities that presents.
  • Prepare concise and informative monthly reports and other documentation required for executivelevel presentations.
  • Successful sales track record in a related industry.


In this field-based sales role, the Relationship Manager will have strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients within a defined territory and be responsible for achieving the sales target KPI's.

Whilst increasingpatient referrals from GP's and AHP's is a key hallmark of success for this role, driving meaningful engagement and establishing open channels of communication between referrers and hospitals is critical for the organizational growth and strategy.
