- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to adult people with mental health needs, across Havering.
- Provide senior medical support to the team, and direct input on clinical cases
- Provide guidance and supervision to the team
- Work directly with adults and their families and liaise as appropriate with community adult consultant psychiatrists and specialty doctors in mental health
- Support the Home Treatment Teams in managing bed occupancy
- Work alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, another full-time Specialty Doctor, and Core Trainee
- Develop links already established with the local acute trusts' A&E departments and adult services

We are currently recruiting for an Adult Psychiatry Specialty Doctor in Havering Home Treatment Team, based at Tantallon House, Goodmayes Hospital, Barley Lane, Ilford IG3 8XJ. This is a well-established post, and we are keen to recruit to this position as soon as possible.
You will join Consultant Psychiatrists, another full-time Specialty Doctor, and Core Trainee, in the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.
