- Run nurse clinics and perform schedule 3 procedures.
- Work closely with the vet team in surgery and anaesthesia.
- Utilize advanced facilities, including heated kennels, separate catteries, and isolation areas with dimmable lighting.
- Implement technology-driven processes, such as self-service check-in and tablet-style laptops, to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with Pet Health Advisors to enhance the customer experience and support clients throughout their visit.
- Qualified RVN or nearly qualified SVN.
- Passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time, with some weekends on a fair rota basis.
- Willingness to engage in flexible working and job share options.
