- Collaborating with their People Director you will be responsible for /recommend operational delivery and change management of the functional people plan:
- Lead diagnosis, influence design and implement COE led initiatives with local insight to deliver their function's people plan, across OD (leadership and talent, D&I, culture & engagement); Talent Acquisition; Reward & IR; Workforce Management etc.
- Lead/ support implementation for pan Arqiva people or cultural initiatives on behalf of CoEs; across OD, Talent Acquisition; Reward; Workforce Planning.
- Provide HR generalist advice where appropriate with their functional unit and working with/through HR services when required to deliver.
- Working across multiple work streams where required to deliver the demands of the business in alignment with key priorities. Building skills and experiences across the P&C portfolio.
- Own issues to resolution and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience. Building a culture of continuous improvement and working collaboratively with P&C SME teams to build improvements and influence wider business changes.
- Bring knowledge and experience to projects, practices, and processes to develop function effectiveness.
- Analyse, manipulate and synthesise data to form compelling insights, inform case for change and deliver KPIs and agreed outcomes.
- Translate low level requirements into detailed SRs for triage.
- Strong experience in programme delivery/ managing work to deadlines and to set budgets, mitigating risks along the way.
- Strong track record of HR generalist expertise.
- Expert in people related change management.
- Ability to present in team meetings to leaders and colleagues.
- A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach.
- An interest in what we do.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification.

This role will combine HR business partner generalist responsibilities as well as managing the implementation and delivery of People and Culture (P&C) initiatives, projects or programmes for their relevant business function and pan-Arqiva when required.
