Sitting within the Fundraising Directorate, this is a great opportunity to join our committed team at an exciting time, with the recent implementation of Apteco FastStats, PeopleStage and Orbit.
In this role you will maintain the supporter database (currently CARE) and support the CRM & Supporter Journeys Manager to continuously improve the way Plan International UK collects, interprets, and uses data to further our marketing activities.
Collaborating with Fundraising and Campaigning teams, you will support the delivery and optimisation of our automated supporter journey capabilities, using PeopleStage, to improve supporter experience and retention.
Having previously worked to maintain a database in a supporter-focussed environment, you will have experience of using a relational database and of the management of supporter journeys, from briefing through to delivery.
