- Working closely with Product Owners and translating customer/ client needs into actionable Dev work
- Being responsible and driving the delivery of high-quality software features
- Engaging in hands-on development, creating elegant, scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions to complex problems
- Cultivating a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within your team, promoting adopting new technologies and industry best practices
- Proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancements and improvements
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across various teams to maintain alignment with product goals and ensure seamless integration of new features into the product ecosystem
- Providing line management for a group of developers across the product development team, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and supporting their personal development
- 2+ Years' experience leading/ supervising a Dev team
- MUST have knowledge & experience of Backend tech such as Java or Scala
- Experience coaching, mentoring and nurturing team members

Back-End Team Lead - £60-70k - Manchester, Hybrid
We are currently looking for an experienced team lea to come and join an amazing backend team in Manchester. It's working for a company that has dedicated it's history to developing bespoke CRM (customer relationship services) systems.
They are now seen as one of the most successful international companies with clients located across the UK, Europe, South America and the US. Their vision is to create a more modern version of the standard CRM functions which means you'll be joining an incredible, high-initiative business that has an extremely modern culture and have invested heavily in their workplace.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to enter a business that is keen on growth, development and giving you freedom within your team.
Whilst this is a Team Management position, it will still be very hands-on.
