- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour, maintaining security for reception ensuring that all visitors are logged and registered appropriately and informing the member of staff of the visitor on site.
- Manage the flow of studio traffic to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
- Ensure that reception is kept clear and tidy.
- Assist individuals with enquiries, bookings, and scheduling as requested by your line manager.
- Handle incoming post and deliveries made to reception ensuring the timely and efficient notification of the items to the appropriate people.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars where necessary.
- Assist where requested by your line Manager.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex matters to your line manager as required.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective, both verbal and written.
- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using basic office software and receptionist systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Previous Receptionist Experience:Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Studio Knowledge: Basic understanding of studio operations would be beneficial.
