Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Sous Chef or Head Chef, required for client, a food led Inn located close to Charing.
Please note transport is required due to location. Nights off include a Sunday and all-day Monday and another day off. Some STRAIGHT SHIFTS where possible.You will be supported by the joint owner who has a wealth of experience as a Head Chef himself at a rosette level.
As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Sous Chef or Head Chef, candidates require a good all round background to include:The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Sous Chef or Head Chef, is competitive, ranging from £28,000 to £42,000 / per annum / plus a share of the gratuities – tips.
