    Description
    Job Description PAYROLL TEAM LEAD (BPO Payroll Processing environment).
    Large-scale Payroll environment.

    Application support, covering the entire suite of Oracle HRMS products, including HR, Self Service, Learning Management, Recruitment and Payroll on both E-Business Suite and HCM Cloud
    Business Process Outsourcing for HR Administration and Payroll Solutions
    Testing as a Service (TaaS).

    The Payroll Team Lead will provide a first point of contact for specified BPO

    Team Customers:
    To maintain Customer satisfaction (which will be monitored through Customer satisfaction surveys).

    Resolve & provide advice and guidance on Payroll queries from employees, HMRC and other 3'rd-parties
    Ensure that confidentiality of Customer data is maintained at all times
    Provide scheduled Payroll Reports
    Customer advisor on Payroll legislation
    To work in-line with all Payroll processes as per documented manuals
    To plan the workload and checklist of the Customer for each Months' Payroll and ad-hoc cycles
    To supervise and plan the workload of Team members to ensure HR and Payroll data is input and processed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure continual SLA adherence
    Support the Team to ensure that they deal with all Customer telephone enquiries in-line with the applicable SLA
    Perform regular catch-ups and annual PDRs, including setting-up and monitoring the Team's objectives
    Supporting the BPO Manager with Team planning and monitoring annual leave.
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of any System changes
    To support new Customers when required, the on-boarding of new Customers and UAT of new Customer solutions
    To highlight continuous improvements to the HR and Payroll processes to drive continual service improvement

    Person specification – Knowledge / Experience / Skills / Qualities:

    DETAILED knowledge of UK Payroll legislation
    UK BASED (& you must be able to commute to our Manchester (City Centre) Office)
    PROVEN and EXTENSIVE experience of UK Payroll Administration
    SOLID knowledge of Data Protection and Information Security regulations
    SOLID / FULL EXPERIENCE of large UK Payrolls
    SOLID EXPERIENCE of working in a fully managed Payroll environment
    Including a VERY GOOD Telephone manner
    CURRENT / Up-to-Date or PRIOR experience of Oracle HR and Payroll (E-Business or HCM Cloud)
    FULL EXPERIENCE of Oracle HRMS Implementation / Projects

    Experience of Systems Support (Payroll Systems)
    Experience of a Help Desk or Service Desk
    Experience of working in a Team when a new HR & Payroll solution has been implemented
