We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

From £23,974.00 per year
