Summer Camp Activity Leader in Ware, Hertfordshire
Schedule: 08:30 – 17:30
Compensation: £412.00 – £559.17 weekly pay depending on age, experience, and qualifications. (Contracts for February Half Term 2023 will be on 2023 wage level. Starting April 1st, 2024, wages will follow 2024 rates.)
Reporting to: Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office. Barracudas prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young individuals, and expects all team members to uphold this commitment.
Activity Leader contracts entail a minimum of 4 days per week with a designated day off, subject to confirmation by the Recruiter/Camp Manager weekly. While the standard contract is for 4 days, there may be occasions requiring work for 5 days based on booking numbers and staffing needs, communicated in advance by the recruiter/Camp Manager.
Notifications regarding the designated day off are typically issued towards the end of each week, potentially varying each week. Requests for specific days off need prior authorization since alignment with the designated day off is not guaranteed.
*During Easter and May half term, contracts will cover 3-day weeks within a 4-day operating week due to bank holidays, with a designated day off as outlined above.
