Chef de Partie– Exciting Pub
Multi Rosette
Baslow/Bakewell area
Package – up to £12.50 an hour doe + Tips
45 Hours working week
Due to location own transport would be advantageous.
A very busy, bustling award-winning gastro Pub with very high standards set in the beautiful Peak District area of Derbyshire are looking for a Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade This busy" foodie" pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce. The gastro has won local awards.
The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 12 months experience within a busy fresh food operation ideally at Rosette level
Key points needed for this Chef de Partie role
Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Full training will be given
