What's the job

Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to achieve our internal and external KPIs.
Receiving and responding to customer inquiries, providing an exceptional level of customer care.
Ensuring orders are efficiently and accurately sent out through booking and coordination with multiple courier service providers.

What experience are we looking for - desirable but not essential

Experience dealing with customers over the telephone.
Proven Customer Service/ Administration experience.
Experience processing a large volume of customer orders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with internal and external customers.
Office administration.

What are my hours and working days
We operate on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday. Our hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm with one day of your choice to finish at 2.00pm.

Immediately

What's our location
We are located in Seaham, County Durham. We offer free on-site parking and there are good public transport links to our offices.

Salary & holidays
Holidays include 25 days plus bank holidays.

Unusually for a retail business, we close at Christmas
