    About the Role
    Job Title: Class Teacher Stockbridge Village Primary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Class Teacher to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis, to cover maternity leave. As a school committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to inspire and engage our students.

    Personal Qualities
    Essential Requirements:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    • Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
    • Ability to assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience in working with diverse student populations.
    • Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies.
    • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
    • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to ensure positive outcomes.
    • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and student development.
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.
