    We are seeking compassionate and reliable Child Care Assistants to join our team at Caremark Sutton. As a Child Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children, assisting them with their daily activities, and promoting their development and wellbeing.

    At Caremark Sutton, we recruit on attitude and values. We believe that patience, dedication, and empathy are essential qualities for a successful Child Care Assistant. No prior experience is required as all training will be provided to the successful candidate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal care and support to children
    • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
    • Help with educational and play activities
    • Administer medication as required
    • Accompany children to appointments or activities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date child records
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • A caring and compassionate attitude towards children
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and bank holidays
