    Respondent work will be the appointed candidate's primary focus, representing employers in a wide range of employment law matters. You will handle a caseload of respondent employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy.


    • This role involves advising on complex legal issues, managing litigation cases, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
    • Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with circa 2 years
      PQE in employment law and demonstrated expertise in handling respondent work.
    • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
