You will be part of a team of experienced Specialist Teachers or SENCos, working closely with schools and other partners to ensure effective provision and outcomes for pupils with SEND.
The role will include providing expert advice and guidance to schools, working with Senior leaders, SENCOs and class teachers and you will be expected to plan and deliver termly SENCo network meetings.
You will be a qualified teacher with experience of supporting children with a range of SEND needs, ideally with experience of working as a SENCo or specialist teacher.
You will need to have extensive knowledge and experience of working with primary and or secondary aged pupils providing advice and guidance to teachers and teaching assistants; promoting a culture of inclusion.
