    About the Role:
    Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate and devoted SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team in Northampton. You will be responsible for working with students with various special educational needs, delivering personalized support, and creating an inclusive and encouraging learning environment. Your duties will include planning and executing engaging lessons, evaluating student progress, and cooperating with colleagues, parents, and external organizations to ensure every child receives top-notch education.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEN students.
    • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
    • Adapt lessons to cater to the individual needs of students.
    • Track and communicate student progress, offering feedback to both students and parents.
    • Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of SEN best practices and laws.

    Requirements:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
    • Solid comprehension of SEN techniques and methodologies.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a true passion for teaching.
    • Capability to work effectively within a team.
