This exciting opportunity will see you working in an in-house public sector department delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Lead Occupational Health Advisor to join an established Occupational Health team to deliver a professional Occupational Health service for employees.
As the Lead Occupational Health Advisor you will spend 4 days per week working onsite and 1 day per week working from home, your duties will include:Team Performance Management
Case Management
Conduct clinics for Pre-placement and Safety Critical Medicals
Provide Immunisation Clinics.
Carryout Performance, Attendance and Pre-Placement Call Backs.
To thrive in this Lead Occupational Health Advisor role, you'll need:
NMC Registration
Post-Registration Occupational Health Qualification or NMC Specialist Registration.
Excellent Communication and People Management Skills
Effective Time Management and Organisational Skills with the Ability to Manage Your Own Workload and Organise the Workflow of the OH Department
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills with the Ability to Find Practical Solutions to any Identified Occupational Health Issues.
Knowledge and Experience of Case Management.
