    Description
    Power BI and Power Automate Developer - Hybrid - Contract - London

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with business and data engineer stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data visualisation and process automation.

    Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualisations within CLUK.Collaborate with our Data Engineers to manage data connections to various data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data within our enterprise and metadata technologies (Unity Catalog and Purview).Develop end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes, encapsulate data pipelines (ADF/DataBricks) and increase operational efficiency.

    Integrate Power Automate workflows with ADF/Data Bricks and encapsulate applications like MatLab to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualisation, automation workflows, and data integrity.
    Collaborate with our Data Governance and Security teams to ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
    Provide training and support to users on Power BI and Power Automate best practices.

    Stay up to date with the latest developments in Power BI and Power Automate to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


    Required experience:
    Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
    Experience in building and maintaining end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate / Power Automate Cloud.
    Experience of working with traditional SQL Server databases, SQL development and data design, ideally in a Lakehouse environment.
    Familiarity with data and information modelling concepts and techniques.
    Solid understanding of data visualisation principles and best practices.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a Product based culture.
    Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) are a plus.
