- Act as the main point of contact for brands producing with us, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide quotations, and create production schedules.
- Liaise with our director and lead machinist to develop critical paths, ensuring production timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage the cost for production, including budgeting, cost analysis, and negotiating pricing with suppliers.
- Oversee invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the production workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our manufacturing client base.
- Actively seek out new stockists and retail partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and managing orders.
- Drive sales growth by promoting our products, identifying market trends, and developing sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that sales targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion industry, with a strong background in production management and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of garment production processes, ideally including sourcing materials, pattern making, and manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Shopify.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
