Due to the rapid expansion and ongoing brand developments, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Brand Trading Manager within a leading beauty company.
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the day-to-day trading activity on the 3 branded sites.This involves strategic ecommerce planning in a drive to boost sales, awareness, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for monitoring site analytics, focusing on metrics such as conversion and AOV to optimise performance versus brand KPI\u2019s.
Exponential growth over the last 12 months means that sales forecasting and inventory management are a vital part of this role to ensure all potential revenue is captured and market share maintained.
Collaboration will be important, liaising with brand and performance marketing teams to ensure the ecommerce strategy is delivered effectively across all channels.
Work with wider team on the implementation, execution & planning of the brand 360 marketing and trade plan across all websites, including commercially planning all promotional activityOverseeing management of D2C website \u2013 updating banners, creating new list pages, generating promotional codes, editing content, launching\/building NPD, updating navigation and customer journeys, etc.
Management of TikTok shop logistics and the synchronisation between our relevant trading platformsWork with the Head of Commercial on the maintenance and tracking of all brands spend and ensure budgets are adhered to
Logging and tracking of all brand PO\u2019s and invoices in SAGE
Run weekly and monthly reporting on brand D2C performance, regularly monitoring daily performance
Conduct data analysis on sales performance\/campaign performance and make informed amendments to brand trading strategy
Monitor the web analytics to measure performance of website activity and make recommendations to change.
Work with the UX team to identify areas of improvement across the websites \u2013 A\/B testing, customer flows, heat mapping, etc.
Work closely with digital marketing to delivery effective content changes and promotions across all websites.Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors in the different markets and the trading conditions and circulate this information to the wider team.
Line management of brand trading executive \u2013 French territory.Ensuring ecommerce strategy is delivered effectively across all channels. You will have experience within FMCG and have worked for a brand with strong DTC presence.
