    Our exciting plans have enabled us to create a newopportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us About therole You will be instrumental in delivering on the marketing strategies forall of our established sites.

    Success in this role will be through swiftand efficient project management, along with a keen eye for detail and theability to build great relationships with the Sales teams, customeroperations teams and residents.

    Manage content across our website andensure this is up-to-date and as engaging as possible Continually monitorand update listings across property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) andidentify opportunities to improve the quality of the listings Manage thephotography of our developments and homes, liaising with photographers,assisting on photoshoots and updating the photo library Work closely withthe wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communitieswhich can be used across campaigns in print and digital Creation of weeklymarketing updates to sales and wider company on recent marketing activitiesAssist with the implementation of signage strategies, including directionalsignage, hoarding and site signage to ensure site presentation standardsare met and drive customer enquiries Support on marketing events,coordinating the event with team members and ensuring events achieves theirobjectives Assist with producing sales and marketing collateral such asbrochures, floorplans, leaflets ensuring brand guidelines are adhered tothroughout all activity Assist with the briefing of print and digitalcampaigns and marketing materials to deliver on marketing strategies Aboutyou You'll be an experienced marketeer with a background gainedwithin a professional services marketing team or agency.

    You'll havemanaged multiple projects with differing priorities and stakeholders andyou'll be highly creative with an excellent eye for detail.

    Experience of, or an interest in property would be a bonus You'llhave:

    Great project management and organisation skills Excellentcommunication skills A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketingcollateral and content Proactive approach and keenness to take on new tasksand responsibilities Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and withexcellent attention to detail Enjoy working as part of a busy, professionalteam We use Google Workspace so knowledge of G-Suite would be an advantageMust haves At least two years solid marketing experience at co-ordinator orexecutive level Experience gained within a professional industry sector,property or related is a distinct advantage Right to live and work in UKwith full UK driving licence and own vehicle Your benefits & RewardsThis is a full time permanent role offering a basic salary of up to£35,000 per annum.

    You'll be based from our Winchester office but wesupport hybrid working so you'll be able to work from home part ofthe week.

    This role will require frequent travel across our sites(we'll reimburse your travel / fuel expenses) and regional offices soa full UK drivers licence and own vehicle is essential.
