Marketing Coordinator

Location:
Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daytoday marketing activities/assets.
Support the implementation of local marketing campaigns.
Managing spends and payments.
Managing merchandise, consumables, and marketing POS materials.
Raising & receipting all UK Activation purchase order requirements.
Management of the European P2P tracker, updating purchase order information. Review of the monthly MI book from Procurement and report back to the procurement team with PO status updates or any report inaccuracies.
Management of merchandise and customer consumable stock items. Stock ordering, stock replenishment, inventory location management, sales order processes and queries.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Highly motivated, able to selfstart or ask questions where needed.
Completerfinisher, tenacious at following things through to completion
Excellent eye for detail.
Ability to learn quickly.
Initiative to suggest improvements.
Exemplary computer skills and highly proficient in excel, word and outlook.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
