    Whatthe opportunity looks like:

    Due tocontinued growth we are looking for a Team Leader to join the teamto supportthe bottling production manager to ensure the higheststandards of health & safety and quality are met whilstachieving customer service levels and production targets.

    A key part of the role is engaging with the teamand encouraging a continuous improvement mindset. It is imperativethat this role sets and displays world class behavioural standards.

    • Provide operators with cleardirection setting the appropriate standards of behaviour whichmotivates and empowers others to achieveresults.
    • Liaise with the ProductionAdministrator to help organise resource needed to accomplish taskson shift.
    • Ensure teams online quality checksare monitored and carried out in accordance with quality testingstandards.
    • Ensure compliance to all externalaccreditation requirements such as BRC ISO900 OHSAS18001 and HMRCrequirements.

    Skillsand experience that will help you be asuccess:

    For this role werelooking for:

    • Previousexperience within a similarrole.
    • Experience inworking in a FMCG productionenvironment.
    • Experiencewith implementing change and newprocesses.
