Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the City, is seeking a polished, confident and dynamic Executive Assistant to support a busy MD and Asset Management team.
This varied and busy role will involve a high volume of complex travel, meeting and schedule management, being the point of contact for the MDs and their major corporate clients, involvement in Projects and organising conferences and events.
This is a hectic, busy role where no two days are the same and you will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills.
Probably of Graduate calibre with approximately 4-5 years PA or Team Assistant experience gained within a fast paced corporate environment, you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a confident and helpful personality, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm.
Previous experience in the financial markets would be an advantage but you must possess a great energy, drive and positive attitude and love of being busy and stretched in your role.
This exciting opportunity offers excellent career development and is a contract to perm role and is fully in-office.
