About the Company

Our client is a prestigious law firm which has partnered with individuals, families, property owners and businesses for 300 years.

They are now looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team, this is a great opportunity for you to join a fantasticcompany.

Position Overview

This is an amazing opportunity for you to build on your existing skills and knowledge, becoming a key point of contact for the client's London, Mayfair and Oxford offices you will occasionally be visiting the sites to provide support.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Taking ownership of tickets assigned and using your knowledge, experience and persistence to work through to a successful resolution of the issue.
  • Monitoring calls on the IT Service desk and responding to allocated calls; prioritising and followingup calls and ensuring that users are supported in a timely and effective manner.
  • Supporting hardware including (but not limited to) PC's, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, projectors etc. Providing basic networking and troubleshooting
  • Reimaging and preparing PCs/laptops for new starters and supplying equipment to users as required.
Essential Skills and personal qualities

  • Microsoft Support Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/Office 36
  • Experience in Windows Desktop (7,8,10) and troubleshooting general PC's and Printers
  • 12 Years Commercial IT Support Experience (desirable)

Please note, you must be flexible to work a shift of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm as needed.
