The Family practice is exceptionally successful, and they are looking to employ another Partner to add additional strength to managing the team.

The role:
Managing a caseload of matters across all aspects of Family transactions including:Prenuptial agreementsDomestic and International surrogacy arrangementsPre-Civil Partnership AgreementCohabitationFinancial RemedyDivorce and separation.
Domestic and international family arrangementsChild ArrangementsInternational Divorce and Child ArrangementsDomestic abuseTypes of Non-Court Options for Dispute ResolutionManaging and mentoring the teamStrategic decision making on the direction of the department.
Financial management of billings and targets for the teamProactive involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.RequirementsQualified Solicitor or similarMin 10 yrs PQE with a broad scope of family experience including HNW clients.
Previous management experience preferableHighly developed business acumenAbility and passion to lead and mentor.
Enthusiasm for business growth through networking and marketing initiatives.
