Top 200 Law Firm offers a fantastic opportunity to a highly competent and experienced solicitor to jointly head up their Family department. The Family practice is exceptionally successful, and they are looking to employ another Partner to add additional strength to managing the team. Committed to cultivating a culture that prioritises its people, they offer a supportive and friendly environment where equality is at the forefront, ensuring every team member, from Partners to junior staff, is heard and valued.
The role:
Managing a caseload of matters across all aspects of Family transactions including:
Managing and mentoring the team
Strategic decision making on the direction of the department.
Financial management of billings and targets for the team
Proactive involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.
