Job Description:
Coordinate and oversee technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural plans and engineering drawings.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any technical challenges.
Review and approve design changes, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
Support the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in residential development projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
