We are a leading Residential Developer and Contractor based in Houghton Le-Spring, committed to delivering high-quality residential projects across the region.
With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional living spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.
Coordinate and oversee technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural plans and engineering drawings.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Manage the coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Review and approve design changes, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
Support the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in residential development projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
