    Description

    We are looking to appoint a classroom teacher to join our school. They need to be passionate about learning and committed to driving forward outcomes for all pupils. We are looking for a candidate who can work as an effective team member, planning and delivering the curriculum.

    The successful candidate will be:

    ● an excellent, innovative and creative teacher;

    ● a practitioner who understands the purpose of systematic synthetic phonics and recognises the centrality of reading as a gateway to access educational and personal achievement;

    ● passionate about meeting children's individual learning needs and committed to promoting learning where disadvantage is present;

    ● committed to developing children as independent learners and thinkers, who grow in self-regulation and self-esteem;

    ● committed to achieving the highest possible standards of work and behaviour;

    ● a good communicator, who is caring, flexible and approachable and committed to developing parental and community engagement.
