Resourcer / Booking Coordinator


Salary Range:
£20-24k


Location:
Full office based

- walking distance from Herford East train station.


Commission:
up to 20%

Our client is based in Hertford town centre, walking distance from Hertford East train station.

They are a healthcare recruitment agency that currently supply across a variety of specialties in healthcare, such as nurses, healthcare assistants, doctors and a range of Allied Health professions.

They supply via NHS Frameworks and private healthcare sectors around the UK. They are part of a group of companies and are currently undergoing huge expansion plans. They are currently looking for resourcers and booking coordinators to join their, which is currently made up 15 employees. The client is offering a very competitive commission structure, paying up to 20%.

You will receive ongoing training whilst working alongside a senior recruitment consultant with the opportunity for progression upon achieving targets.


As part of this role, you will be finding healthcare professionals to fill various roles with the NHS and private sectors.

This type of recruitment is extremely rewarding, as you will be supporting the healthcare sectors with their staffing levels but also get to work to a very lucrative commission structure whilst doing this.

In addition to this, Healthcare recruitment is very consistent and enables the opportunity for career progression.


Job responsibilities of a healthcare recruiter:

  • Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets

Credentials/Skills required:


  • Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment or sales experience
  • Must be experienced in recruitment or have some sales experience
  • Financially driven (must be able to demonstrate this)
  • Hard working
  • High energy
  • The ability to maintain accurate records
