Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, the leading
Ansul distributor in the UK, are looking to appoint an
Installation Coordinator to assist the coordination of Kitchen Fire Suppression Installations, the role will help to strengthen the team during a significant period of growth resulting from both an extremely loyal customer base, as well aswinning major new contracts throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the set up and execution of installation works for the Kitchen Fire Suppression systems.

Assisting in implementing, planning and organizing jobs,

liaising with clients and the admin team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met.

Raising purchase orders

Completing stock adjustments

Arranging engineer site visits

Creating documentation for clients and engineers,

Arranging site access,

Data entry to our CRM system and customer portals,

Creating invoicing and handle any invoicing queries

General service administration duties.

Cover holiday periods for the Installation Coordinator

Required Key Skills
Good Customer Services Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.

Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

Highly organized with ability to use initiative to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable.

General office experience.

Training will be provided
