What You'll Do:
- Working within the Legal Operations Team, you will assist with the daytoday administration of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and provide day to day support of the platform.
- You will also be required to navigate a number of sales systems that currently integrate with the contracts platform.
- Providing support to both media and nonmedia projects as required.
- Day to day uploading and processing of signed contracts to the contracts platform which may include onboarding new businesses.
- Comparing and checking signed contracts against data entered in the sales systems for accuracy.
- Using excel to prepare reports and manipulate data.
- Working with the Contracts Manager to troubleshoot issues as they arise in relation to all systems.
You Have These:
- Legal Operations experience within a global company desirable
- Prior experience using a Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform preferred.
- Must possess strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions:
- 3 Month Fixed Term Position
- London, Chiswick Park
- Working hours are: 9am5pm
- Working days are: Mon Fri
