What You'll Do:

Working within the Legal Operations Team, you will assist with the daytoday administration of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and provide day to day support of the platform.
You will also be required to navigate a number of sales systems that currently integrate with the contracts platform.
Providing support to both media and nonmedia projects as required.
Day to day uploading and processing of signed contracts to the contracts platform which may include onboarding new businesses.
Comparing and checking signed contracts against data entered in the sales systems for accuracy.
Using excel to prepare reports and manipulate data.
Working with the Contracts Manager to troubleshoot issues as they arise in relation to all systems.

You Have These:

Legal Operations experience within a global company desirable
Prior experience using a Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform preferred.
Must possess strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions:
