As a Customer Service Apprentice, your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks.
You will interact with the general public and colleagues, ensuring a high-quality service experience across multiple channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
This apprenticeship requires you to apply through the employer's website.Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Monday - Friday, 8.There are some occasional events that are early evening and weekends but these are very occasional and planned in advance.
Level 2 (GCSE)Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering assistance to customers and colleagues
Helping with all Arc services including café and activities
Work collaboratively within a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service standards
Contribute to the achievement of Ongo Communities' strategic and operational targets
Participate in personal support and supervision sessions, engaging in personal development training as required
The training you will be getting
You will be studying towards Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard qualification and the course is expected to last up to 15 months including the End Point Assessment
