Interim Group Reporting Manager / Group FC
Our client is a London based Private equity investment seeking to hire an Interim Group Reporting Manager / Group FC to assist with the wind down of a business post carve out.
The role will be a varied one and involve the setting up of TSA holding structure,some modelling and cash flow scenario modelling as well as statutory reporting and entity creation.
You will know what good looks like to Private Equity and work with the senior leadership team to support the CFO and SLT to create a retained company following the carve out of a significant business entity.
Rate £ outside IR35.
