- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and procedures to enhance operational resilience.
- Monitor key operational risk indicators and trends, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk analysis within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
