We are passionate about serving people in Social Care and we are looking for our next
Recruitment Consultant Team Leader.

Not only will you be joining an award winning recruitment company, you will be given support and opportunity to shape the future of our Sales and Account Development team.


You'll work an average 40 hpw, spending around 3 days in the office/2 days at home if you do not want to be in the office full time.


Working closely with other leads in our business and receiving full encouragement, coaching and support from our Directors, you will help us in our mission to change the perception around what a Social Care temp professional can be and achieve our vision of becoming the UK's most trusted social care staffing agency.

Role Specific Requirements:


  • Full UK driving licence and access to own car
  • Hybrid working arrangement
